Off to bed for me. Wish me luck. I didn't take my meds in hopes of getting a good nights sleep.

Good morning everyone.

It is too strange. DD is in her room watch Survivor and DH and I are in the living room watching it. She comes out and say there is something strange happening with my TV.

She came out to tell us something and realizes our TV is behind her TV in playing the show. She comes out and tells us what is going to happen just before our TV shows it.

VERY STRANGE.

Same here-it's because you have digital cable in the living room and she only has the basic cable in her room-same here -from the Kitchen to the living room we can hear the delay sometimes when we're transitioning from room to room

at least that what is happening at our house-we have a special cable box in the living room-where we can get movies on demand and stuff like that-but not in the other room

I hope DD is feeling better too-I know what you mean about the sinus meds-if it has a decongestion in it then I can't sleep at all either-it puts me in a state of twilight sleep all night-but sometimes I'd rather be able to breath than sleep

I know-and if you choose sleep then you wake up with a dry mouth since you can't breath so you have to breath thru your mouth-yuck I hate when that happens

Yep - Exactly. But that twlight sleep doesn't allow my brain to shut down so I am going a hundred miles an hour.

I think I am going to call the Dr and see if we can try something else.

They'll write a prescription for an antibiotic is all-I always use my regular claritin and let it work it's way out of my system-as long as the sinus infection doesn't get too bad that is

Kyle has been suffering now for over a week-he too might have to go to the doctor for some antibiotics-only problem-I haven't even picked out a doctor for the kids yet

Exactly! I hate that the most-that and when you breath thru your mouth it really doesn't help either-I hope you feel better soon

I e-mailed my BIL about Thanksgiving-and since my SIL with the lung cancer is coming along with most of DH family(to our house lucky me)-well he says since this is the 1st Holiday season without his MIL(they lost her quickly to throat cancer in June) that they're not going anywhere for the Holidays this year-

WHAT!! We didn't ask them to come on Thanksgiving-but the Sat after-and I know it's hard thru the Holidays without a person you just lost-I hope your FIL does OK-But I told him to remember his Sister and her fight for life

and now I feel bad-but it really is true-we aren't asking him to be here right on the Holiday-and now he's even refusing to spend any time with us-or her!!!

Sometimes it helps just to put it out there.
Yes it is hard to be without the person you love, but in time life does have to go on. That is how the person you lost would want it to be.

I lost my Dad 10 years ago. Yes I still miss him and love him but I can't change the fact that he is gone.
