Oh we are used to the homework business. Her school started homework in Kindergarten 4 nights a week. And believe it or not the homework in 1st grade was easier than Kindergarten.

She is doing good with it. But the first week is hard to get back in the swing of things.

it is weird the differnt homework practices
not just from one school to another
but from one teacher to another

also Jess whips thru her HW like it is nothing
while it takes Erica forever
i am not looking forward to HW time this coming year

 - HOLY SH*T!

:faint:
Yup that is what all of us said

the teacher felt horrible but it wasn't her fault she told the class about walking and just turned to help a student for one sec and BAM it happened

I hope her foot is okay Kelli. :wizard:

hopefully he gets better Kayla :wizard:

I know it needs to be done to be safe, but I am so bummed about the airport thing. I carryon so much stuff to make sure we are okay...I carry on extra water, clothes, prescription drugs, non-script drugs, chapstick, computers, dvds, gameboys, etc. etc. etc. I hope this gets worked out soon. I doubt we could handle a 3-4 hour pre-flight wait :guilty:

:wave2: Hi Kayla....

Since the March DCL didn't work out....the begining of October  I just booked yesterday for a direct flight from here to L.A. and already made my car and hotel reservations....at least we go up on an overnight flight and it is direct...there is no way I could go cross-crountry with a plastic bag of stuff and no electronics (well, at least not with 2 kids) ! and we really use our strollers to transport the kids in the airport, especially when they are sleeping....oh well, at least now my kids are getting older...if I had a baby I would be really rethinking things.
