Lyn - If he doesn't take this job that doesn't mean a different one that works better for you guys won't come along.

that's very true When I spoke to him last...he just seemed so excited. I sort of said to keep talking and that if they offer you X amount or more and you can agree to the amount of day trips and overnight trips...then we can think more about it or do it.....

I feel better having talked it out with all of you and, we have been lucky in the past that we had great schedules...who knows, if it works out where DH can work from home half the week and is only gone during normal business hours for a couple days....this may be better for us
