We just had our appraisel on the house -I hope it's a good one,do they use the other home sales in the area to generate a price??? If they do then we should be fine-I'm just so nervous still and tomm is the house inspection

around here they do...they look for comparibles in the area based upon house size, lot size, view, whatever......

That's good to know-since nothing sells for under 200,000 around here!!! That means they got a great deal on this house-but I'll just be so relieved when it's all approved and inspected

That would be cool if it was high enough that the buyers wouldn't need mortgage insurance....save them some $

and lucky me got to sit with BIL this morning while the inspector was in the basement(Mined you I had to get BIL upstairs and tell him to get out of bed so the inspector could look around)

well-I asked him when he planned on moving out-suggesting the end of the month-well he says,when you all leave I guess!!!! HELLO-is he nuts!!!! I know he's nuts but man is he dense!!!!! So I told him he really needs to be out at least a week before we move since I'm not going to go crazy trying to get the basement all clean at the last minute-JUST MOVE OUT ALREADY!!!!

That would be cool if it was high enough that the buyers wouldn't need mortgage insurance....save them some $

it just might be-we accpeted the offer and it's almost 20,000 less than the house down the road was sold for!!!!

can you make it umcomfortable for him down there? turn off his cable or something...sell his bed and have him sleep on the floor?

I was running an air puifier down stairs and when the sanitizer mode is on it says to "not be used in an occupied area"-well DH came upstairs the other day and said -"what are you trying to kill him down there with that machine" Only if it was so easy! No I was just running the purifer,but it's an idea

the server is so slow on my side i keep getting the server is too busy message

Oh Man!!! I just got stung by a wasp-I went to move DS bike out of the way for DH who just drove up on his motorcycle and it was sitting on the handle bar-right on the ring finger!!! I had to take off my wedding ring since it's swelling up like crazy
