ITA...I am keeping my mouth shut on that thread... it is so hard to do... and I just meet you people


But on to happier things... I need to take a speed reading class to catch up. I take my girls to swim team practice and I came back and have to read a ton of pages to read. I know I am new here maybe my speed reading will come in time. This will be my novel for the summer reading the LTP thread

Sometimes there's only one page in a 24 hour period and sometimes we can go through 20 pages in that time. We can talk a lot when we're all on here together!

Hey, did you end up posting what awards your kids got?? You had said the other morning that you had to go to the school for some sort of awards for them but you didn't know what. If you did post already, sorry I missed it...would you repost??

Good I can cross reading a novel off my things to do list for the summer.

I have a cute story about DS....he graduated from preschool last week and it was so cute. All the kids in his class were singing on stage in their cute little pastel caps and gowns...and DS was doing really well...then, he pulled booger from his nose, looked at it, looked around, lifted up his nice gown and wiped it on his pants all the people in church giggled, it was so funny country kids

Citizenship and Responsibility are two of the awards that we have always felt were really important ones. (In fact, I was a little disappointed that Andrew didn't get the citizenship award last night).

My kiddos didn't get any awards like your's though!

And remember...your kiddos are a lot younger than Andrew. Those are fantastic awards for their age. This was Andrew's big eighth grade year. I doubt that Matthew will get much, if any, tomorrow. It all comes so easy for Andrew but Matthew has to work so hard at everything!

Not ME!!! I am not supposed to be able to have anymore...I got the full servicing with my last childbirth and we can't have puppies anymore too. Both my girls went in last week...so Tracy, it is all up to you!

Just wanted to update everyone on this... and didn't want to repost it all again

from last week--------->

Ok.. I am so mad right now!

dh got a preapproved letter for a wf cc with a home rebate. basically you get 1% of all charges towards your mortgage principle. Not much, but better than nothing.

So, he fills it out online and we get the card. but there's no info on the home rebate with it. I call and ask about it and they're like "well we don't show that it is supposed to be a home rebate card?" where did you apply? When, etc.... Since it's dh name on the account (primary card holder) I can't make any changes (whatever!!) and she was starting to get real condecending towards me

I want to charge our DVC on it, then pay it off, so we can take advantage of the home rebate, but if they're not going to honor it then I'll just use another card.

We don't have any cc debt, and don't want to start, but I'll sure use the card for everyday purchases and pay it off weekly.

She said "we said we would get back to you and that's what it means. You will just have to wait until we've done our research"

She asked if I still had the letter with the invite and I told her no, we shred everything once we're done with it.

I am just so mad right now!!

they called and left a message saying that there was a problem on their end and it is fixed now and we should be receiving new paperwork about the program

I knew being a pit bull LTP mom would come in handy for something.
