They've reopened mine. It will take 24 hours though to be re-activated. No big deal for me!

They will not do anything about DH's account until he calls but even if he calls from Space Camp he still won't be able to use it for 24 hours. That's the only credit card he's got with him!

The thing that has me so upset is that I've been checking these accounts online and they still show the available balances, no notation about being closed! The other thing is that I asked for written verification that they had closed the one account for each of us and I've not received anything!

I sent them a letter and in the middle of the letter I could not have made it any clearer ---

*Close account #xxxxxxxxxxx, I do not accept the new terms on this account!
*DO NOT CLOSE ACCOUNT #xxxxxxxxxx, I ACCEPT THE NEW TERMS ON THIS ACCOUNT!

How can you screw that up!
