OH NO KATHY!!!!!! I am so sorry! DH has lost his cards...numerous times and I have had to cancel them. Even when we found it the same day, they wouldn't reopen the card....hard to get a new one. Hopefully they will fix it since it was THEIR MISTAKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
