Kelli always seems busy after work....between PTA, dance, meetings, volunteering, WDW...whew, I am tired thinking about it

Yep - I am overloaded.
And we are taking the in-law to WDW this weekend. All I want to do is sleep in.

guess what????

Travis is thinking of going to public school! I called and talked to them about it. I hope that it all works out.

Wow. What brought this on?

I am back...Tracy must be on the singles thread :3dglasses

:cheer2: Travis...is this good or bad? are you o.k with him going? what grade is he? this is big step...why am I nervous

I hope it will be a good thing  I am so nervous too!!

He is just needing something more. He is very smart, but I am noticing that when at home he does the minimum.. whatever it takes to get it done. I am hoping that a school atmosphere will give him a little boost to do and be better. Not to mention that he is in need of some male friends, so he can do boy things with them and not pick on his little brothers so much. :teeth:

I am going to go tomorrow and bring all the paperwork in. They said he can start on Monday!!! :earseek:

whoa!! big change!! did he ask to go or did you and dh decide to send him

Tracy, I am saying this as a friend....you need to get a job ::yes:: forget about the money (which is always nice ;) ) but I think you need to have a reason to get out of bed at a certain time, get dressed and then hit the door. Even a parttime job, one or two days a week or a few hours while Andie is at school will get you some adult interaction and a change of scenery...

Other than if we went to one income it would be hard on us and it would be my DH to stay home....I enjoy coming to work and I appreciate my days off more. Sure, most days I am not callenged and I do the same job it took someone else a whole day to to in much less time :hourglass , but getting out of the house and being forced to interact with other people is something I need for my sanity...

Please think about it....you have a chance to do something that would be fun and enjoyable...

Maybe you could volunteer at the library across from Andie's school. or at the school. Our local schools have reading programs where adults go in and help kids who have trouble reading.
