grrrrrrr I am so annoyed with them!!

They are saying that we're going to have to pay for it b/c they did the work. Well I didn't ask for the work to be done and they didn't ask me if I wanted them to do it...... grrrrrrrr

I hate when they do that! They seem to do it every time we go. Do you have dental insurance?

no help at all!! I guess I'm just gonna have to have the insurance co on the phone everytime we go in and check to see what is covered and what is not.
