My dog is driving me crazy. He is always panting, like he is having a panic attack every 2 minutes.

No, he wants to go outside. But he is afraid to walk across the kitchen floor. He fell on it like last year or so, and he is almost completly blind. We have moved his food and water to a carpeted room, so he can stand up straight. We also did that so our other dog, his boss, won't eat his food.
