Yeah. But they all left the building and someone forgot to switch it to thanks for calling but we are closed.

That's my favorite-you finally get through-and they say Oh I'll connect you to that department....and then nothing!!!!

they do it on purpose!! I know someone who used to work at a call center,and they said they would just turn the ringer down on the phone, or they would answer and just put people on hold till they hung up
