the Boss ended up coming in last night cause i said I AM going home
no way was i covering till 11 last night

so today should be interesting

the girls called as i was leaving and i answered the phone
she said just tell the boss to take me off the schedule
it isn't my fault that my DH screwed up again but i don't want you mad
I wouldn't even talk to her
i just handed the boss the phone

If her DH causing that many problems maybe tat is the thing she needs to look at fixing
but one of my points was she was due at 6 waited till 5 after to call
she didn't kow there was a problem before she was due in??????????????

Okay BOSS FIGHT STORY


i was suppose to work until 5 but someone went home sick and because i didn't check the schedule with coverage i ended up dtuck till 6 so
OK i could deal with that although DH was NOT happy


so at 6:05 the relief girl calls
Have I seen her DH???
she cant get to work till he gets home

Now some background

this is the SAME girls that had me stuck there till 10 one night after going in for 8 because she got arrested

then 2 weeks ago I got stuck there last again due to her cause she just didn't show up
later we found out she is on MEds and stopped taking them so she hibernated in her house for 5 days

We have a no call no show NO JOB policy at work but she keeps getting excused cause when she is there she is a hard worker
but when she calle dlast night
I called the boss who lives 500 feet from the store

I NEED to go home
DH needs to go to bed he gets up at 1AM tomorrow
well boss gets all snippy with me telling me to calm down

I am always early
do more work than anyone other than BOSS
and am always getting stuck doe to this girl

so I said does she get a free ride AGAIN

well BOSS didn't appreciate my sarcasm
I will decide today if i still work there or not

people like this really drive me crazy! it's not her DHs job, it's her job! she shouldn't blame anyone else! if you see he's not coming, get your butt up and find a way!

Nice. 32 and 3 kids. Yep I agree you didn't realize there was a problem before you were supposed to be AT WORK!!! If DH was not home before the time I was supposed to leave for work I would have started working on a plan for the kids or called in to work to let someone know I was trying to get there. DH doesn't think her job is important enough to try and be home or let her know that he is going to be late for whatever reason.
