I was going to say the same thing -it's the same all over the world when ever the weather changes -people go nuts!!!!

Yep I can image.
But we get OLD PEOPLE doing 30 in the rain on the highway. They cause more problems with driving slow than the people driving fast.

Not sure where they have to go so early in the morning or during rush hour at night.
