the year I did it, I gave up ice cream for lent, that helped me get ready for it so much! I had a serious ice cream addiction! I was at marble slab like 2 times a week, not including weekends!!! it was really bad! it was hard, i had a really hard time & had to get used to drinking diet sodas. I was really mad at myself that I gained it all back. I plan on rejoining the gym when I quit working. So if I go low carb again & hit the gym I think I can get even more off this time!
