From my DD:
So they've been saying a lot about how these are the "best ERs ever" and I scoff and say how, no, the best ERs ever were when Carol, Doug, and Mark were still around. But last night, ER proved itself able to say the "best episodes ever". I loved last nights episode. I loved both story lines and which characters they chose to use. I loved how Elizabeth broke down and cried with the father. I love how Carter was the surprise boyfriend who showed up in Nebraska. There was so much emotion and it was all so good! I was very, very happy with last night's ER, ERs been a bit dissapointing lately, but last nights episode made up for it. :teeth::bounce:

Yes I have to agree, that eppy was a wonderful one. GO Jack Orman!!! These are some better than the others but the best one are when Carter was a cute little med student, and that one dude ran the whole hospital...

I agree, it was the best episode so far! I'm having trouble getting use to the new show just isn't the same.

Truly enjoyed it last night.. it reminded me of the first few seasons, more trauma, less character drama..

Very well written!

ER WAS better last night..

The story was strong. Don Cheadle ( the doc with Parkinson's) has proved to be quite an asset to the cast. Elizabeth finally showed how much she dearly missed Mark. I understood why Sally Fields character was doing what she did.. but DANG I just wanted to slap her. Was Jack Orman the father? If so he was touching. His character on China Beach always got to me too.

I missed not seeing Romano last night. His character has so much twisted humor.. he is an odd duck.. but I love him.

It was a very very good episode. The doctor with Parkinsons is a great character.

I had a meeting last night so I missed ER - DARN IT!!!! and I was running in every direction so I didn't have a chance to set the VCR.

I also liked last night's episode very much. I'm having a brain freeze.....what is Abby's mother's name? I don't think it was actually mentioned last night and I've been trying to remember it!

It was great, but I am so sick of Abby's whining!

I hope the doc with Parkinson's becomes a regular character. He is good..
