Due to fly out with Virgin Holidays on Friday - have already requested a non smoking room.
Last time we were allocated one (had requested a pool view then) - they seemed to allocate our room at check in and took no notice of the request we had made by Virgin. They said as we had checked in late (late being about 3pm!) that all non smoking rooms had been allocated with a pool view and gave us a smoking instead - it was either that or the Love Bug building. By the time we had realised how bad the smoking room was, we had no option but to stay put for two days until another room came available.
Would hate to have to repeat this experience - not bothered about where it is in the resort as long as non smoking - it would ruin the holiday. As I do not have access to a fax, do you think it would be worth ringing them - would they take any notice? Would you ring them on the same phone number as you would call Disney dine?
