Last minute resort discounts anywhere?

Is there anywhere that one can find last minute WDW resort discounts? I have a reservation for LM room at AofA through Orbitz for our stay 19 January for three nights. However I would like to surprise husband and upgrade to a deluxe resort if any decent discounts are available. Looks like plenty of availability at resorts for our dates, but everything is full price.

Any suggestions??

Not through Disney. Orbitz would be your best bet for something last minute unless you're AP or FL resident.

If you were booked through Disney you could just upgrade and keep the winter discount. You would need to talk to guest services, but you can change resorts after discounts expire. I'm not sure how it works with orbitz.

AKL: $284

Try stacking that with an Orbitz discount and you'll have a great deal! I have seen good deals on Expedia, Travelocity, and Priceline too depending on your exact dates and what day you look!

They won't have a discount with a standard Little Mermaid room at AoA - those are always full price.

OP- unfortunately Disney doesn't discount as the the dates get closer.
You might get lucky and find something through Orbitz or Expedia or a site like that.
