Last minute ADR's

So we are thinking of changing our travel to WDW to May 10 as my DH is temp layed off but my question is has anyone had much success w/ last minute ADR's. We are not looking to eat at CRT but would like Le Cellier, Chef Mickeys, Crystal Palace, lots of fun character meal as our DD is not quite 2.
Any thoughts? We would be booking this aft. Also can I check the restaurant availability & make ADR's before changing my reservation?

Those are some of the most popular restuarants, you may have no luck getting Chef Mickey or Le Cellier this last minute. I would call and see what you can get before changing your reservation plans. Otherwise, you may have to be more flexible with your choices for dining.

You can check on restaurant availability and make reservations before canceling your other reservation.

Remember May 10th is Mother's day so you may have no luck getting anything on this day.

So we changed our reservation & I've made my ADR's. Not all of our 1st choices, but we still got some good ones.
Sat May 9- Captains Grille dinner
Sun May 10-Chef Mickeys breakfast
Coral Reef Lunch
Sci-Fi Lunch
Crystal palace dinner
Teppan Edo dinner

We are new to every restaurant except Teppan Edo, which we love, so I'm very excited!
