Last Day of School!

I'm back from my last alone shopping trip for awhile. Must go get DD first. DS gets out 40 mins later. I will miss her wonderful teacher! I have my digital ready to take a multitude of pictures.
I think we will go to Blockbuster and get take out to celebrate!

We finished our last week of homeschooling - ever last week, and finished standardized testing yesterday. We went to the library last night to get "just for fun" books, and I bought the big kids the DVD of "Return of the King" for a last day of school present.

I'm doing the happy dance, too. Mine got out yesterday. We went to see Shrek 2 to celebrate. (Of course, we had to rush to a matinee because DD the gymnast still had 3 hours of gymnastics last night.)

Last day for my kids was 5/21(last Friday) and they had 7 snow days this year. Of course, they started on August 12th.

My girls get out June 29th (I think!!)!!!

Today is our last day too - if you can call it that - I'll have all of them home by about 12:30 today.

Don't know how excited I am though - sending them to the bus stop every day is easier than coordinating and getting them to baseball camp, cheer camp, yearbook camp, and whatever else we end up doing.

Summer schedules can be a LOT of work!

Friday June 25th here. DS graduates 5th grade on the 23rd but still has to go the last 2 days. What is up with that???

We had about 3 snow days. We started on August 7th last year and will start 8/6 for next school year.
