Last day here! MK & Epcot must do's?

We made it to Epcot for a few hours & have spent some time at MK too. Below is what we did & would still like to do. Tomorrow. Mind you, there are 8 of us, 4 ad & 4 kids (9,9,5,3), with only 2 adult thrill riders who are willing to forgo them for this trip.

We have our last full day tomorrow with breakfast at 1900pf at 9:15 as well as bbb in DTD at 2:00. Here's what I'm thinking to squeeze in after breakfast & thenafter DTD/early dinner at Wolfgang pucks.

Epcot--did Biergarten dinner, spaceship earth, finding nemo ride

Want to do soarin, find a pearl in Japan, p/u quick something in Germany, maybe turtle talk w/crush

MK--did haunted mansion (a fav), small world, silhouettes, Peter Pan, dumbo, pirates of the Caribbean, philharmagic, carousel, barber shop, CRT, parade, fireworks

Want to do old fashioned train ride, meet tink/periwinkle

Are these wants doable? Any other must-dos should I try to squeeze in? We're staying at the poly & limiting ourselves to those 2 parks. I should add that we go on the cruise (dream) Friday, so I'm looking forward to a little r&r then ;o).
