Large rental Reccomendation for 14-16 people?

Personally I would rent a 7 bedroom or larger. It is so much more comfortable having beds for all and not sleeping on sofas. JMHO

We've stayed at bighousebythemouse.com. It's in Lake Berkley. The owner actually owns 2 x 7 bedroom homes across the street from each other. Good rates. Homes are a bit older but clean.

The one I mentioned is in Emerald Island Resort. There is a manned gate with a beautiful entrance, a clubhouse with fitness room, community pool, tiki bar, beach/sand volleyball area, small playground etc. The resort itself is well kept with lots of vegetation and a nature walk.
Emerald Island is just a couple of minutes from 192 and just about two minutes west of Windsor Hills as the crow flies. It would only take an extra minute to get to AK from Emerald Island compared to WH (via Sherberth Rd).
