Large group check in ???

We are arriving several hours before anyone else in our group (7 rooms total) At OKW... on a Saturday in early Feb if that makes any difference.

.... All the rooms are booked with our points, but in their names.....


Can we check in for the others?
I would like to set up some welcome gifts in the rooms, before they arrive.... and most importantly I would like to find out if all our rooms are close together... will they tell me? And, can I add my name to everyones room.... would they let me do that??

And if I cant check in... is there anyway of leaving the welcome gift at the front desk... or could bell services deliver them?

EDITED TO ASK..... Does OKW have DVD players or VCR's and are tapes/disks availible to rent anywhere? I know at HH Members get free VHS rentals.....

Just add your name to each reservation for the rooms. The desk will give you keys when you check in and you will know where everyone is located.

Your guests can still check-in when they arrive (let the desk know they will still check in later) and can then apply their own credit card to their room- if applicable.

The welcome gifts sound like the perfect touch from a creative hostess!
