Large group and dining

My 90 days is fast approaching for ADRs, but I haven't gotten the Magical Gatherings Group number yet. Will I get this by email or in the mail? If it doesn't get here in time, is there a special phone number to call for large group reservations? Thanks for any help! We are a group of 17.

You should have gotten your grand gatherings number when you booked. Call 1-407-939-7526 and ask them for the number.

When I booked dining, though, they wouldn't take that number and wanted one of the reservation numbers instead.
