I didn't mean to say that they don't provide great customer service for Inspirons... as I mentioned, my wife had one, and she did get great service. I was just pointing out that they provide better service for XPS. They have separate customer service personnel and policies for the XPS line (i.e., providing a product and service as good or better than Apple Macintosh).My Inspiron will be 5 years old next month, and I've had excellent customer service from Dell.
