Lap Bars on Rides

My husband is 400lbs.. Will he be able to ride any rides at Magic kingdom?

Doesn't Expedition Everest have a lap bar? I can't recall if it has seat belts or not. Or are all the lap bar only rides only in MK?

Expedition Everest is a lap bar. No seat belts.

Everest has individual lap bars. It shouldn't be a problem there.
