For those who have used this shuttle service.

I made a payment online however it just said thank you. No confirmation number or anything. I have emailed them to ask but I was just wondering if this was Normal !!

Heard great things about this company and cant wait to use them in october !!!!

Yes. They aren't really into the new computer age. Give them a call and double check before your trip but they were at the airport and hotel on time and we loved our experience with them.
