Hello Everyone, Over the weekend It came to my attention that there were Resolution issues when downloading from photobucket. I am not sure when the problem began but it was an issue with Photobucket but I have it resolved now. If you downloaded in the last few weeks please check your items. You can do this by finding the design in the folder you saved it, right click and select properties, look for the resolution size, if the item is 1024 x 768 or smaller you did not get the full size and you will need to download again. Most of my items are 3300x2550 (11x8 1/2 inches).
