I do not live to far from this. Charla was in the owners employee. The chimp was "wild" and the owner called Charla to come and help her control it.
This is not the first time the chimp has gone "wild". This is the first time he's seriously hurt someone.
The state and town never should have allowed this animal to reside in a residential area.
