Please forgive me if this topic has been discussed before, I haven't been here much and I need ideas!! Argh...I can't think of one thing to get my guy. Anyone willing to share? Any ideas?

I'm also having a difficult time finding the "perfect" gift for my DF. I'm thinking of gift certificates for movie rentals. And I'll probably pick up some DVD's. What do I get for a guy who spoils me? Last Christmas I got a diamond engagement ring. This year my gift is 10 days in WDW. Now what can I get him. This is almost an impossible task. I'll take some ideas too.:bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce:

Engraved money clip?

Special dinner out for two?

Event... concert, ballet, Cirque de Soleil.... whatever the two of you like....

ELECTRONICS always work.... Surround sound, new TV or Stereo...

Homer Simpson slippers.....:D

Tools. The man loves tools, so I know it will be a hit, but they just seem so boring to me.

I also gave him an early Christmas present a couple of weeks ago - we are going to Savian Glover in Bring In 'Da Noise, Bring In 'Da Funk tomorrow. :)

About three years ago I got my DH a metal detector to use around here and to take with us to the beach. Only thing is at the beach it didn't work too well. It kept picking up minerals in the sand. So he already has his this years biggie, a computerized metal detector that can filter out a lot of things. I let him pick it out himself. He is extremely happy!!!

A computer :D

He's also getting some dvd's and some little things for stocking stuffers

A DVD Player
MIB II DVD
A holograph water fall picture
A fiber optic lamp
A lava lamp

But I have no idea what else, after 30 years of beig together, it is hard to buy stuff that we don't already have. What he really wants is a motorcycle, a corvette, a PT Panel truck, and about a zillion other "toys" that I refuse to go into debt for!

DH & I are getting each other Disney Dollars. Looks like our gift to the kids is going to be a trip to Disney in August, so this will help fund the trip. Neither of us really needs anything and when we do, we just buy it, so this is really a practical gift...saving for a trip.

1. portable DVD player
2. clothes
3. Hugo Boss gift set (I LUVVV HUGO):o
4. Weekend getaway for two(us:p) at the Sybaris :o :p :jester: :p :o

Last year Santa brought DH an electric guitar (he used to play in HS and was really good). While he's still very good- he is LOUD. Dumb Santa. THIS year Santa will be adding an acoustic guitar. I am asking Santa for a muffle for the amplifier!

What do you get a 63 year old, that is retired, has 3 Rolex Watches, A 2002 Toyota Rav 4, and ALL of the Antique Guns, Cannons, Swords, and Knives he can find??

My DH and I don't usually exchange gifts with each other.

Since we asre buying our house four days before Chjristmas, we bought ourselves a HOUSE!

Serioiusly, we are doing at $25 challenge. We didn't want to do nothing for each other, but our challenge is to find as many new things as we can for $25. (and no cheesy dollar store stuff either!)

It can be a combination of anything.. so far I got him a DVD for $10. He is going to Bath and Body works with some free coupons to see what he can get

It will be fun to see what the $25 challenge nets...

I'm going away for a week, that's his gift for this year! ;)

Seriously, DH is very difficult to buy for, he likes the big toys and really needs to pick those out himself.

I was thinking of getting him a GPS thingamajig, but really, I don't understand why he just doesn't stop and ask for directions. I was thinking of one like this;
gpssystems_1711_895617

I bought him PlayStation 2 and have already given it to him so now I am really in troube because I have no other ideas!!

I am getting my hubby Season 2 and 3 of the Sapronos on VHS (so he can share them with his buddies)

A simpson watch from burgerking (he keeps joking with about buying him a Movado.... )

A couple of the flannel lined coat/shirts with hoods

lots of new socks and underwear

noogie

And a hair brush since the girls took his and we cant find it.

If we exchange it will have to be something small since we bought ourselves a Kodak Digital Camera, a memory card and a DVD/VHS player. DH has a lot of gamecube games that he would like, but I think that is going to have to wait. He has also requested Levi jeans and memory chips for his gamecube.....I really am not sure what I will get him. Thankfully he gave me a list, unfortunately the list is longer the DDs' list:eek:

DH is into Mountain Biking. So, he is getting several things for biking. It is expensive though. So, that expense adds to my cause that I would like to be the proud owner of a Kitchen Aid mixer. ;)
I'm also buying him a new pair of running shoes. :)

Im taking hubby to Barcelona for a weekend to watch a footie game at the Nou Camp. He loves soccer so im sure he will like this.
