Ladies and Gentleman this will be the new promotion for 2013,

So if I am correct, which I am prob not lol. I do not see any discount at all for the values right? They are exactly the same as the wdw website lists?

Thanks Danny, now I have to explain to this entire thread what I was trying to say to you in private.

I know you mean well. However, you are posting internal information. Disney is known to lurk these boards, which is why I was warning that your leaks are not appreciated by all. Disney legal has come down on many in the past for posting internal information prior to it being released publicly.

If Disney was "ok" with such leaks, then Dreams Unlimited Travel (the owner of these boards) would always be posting them. ;)

Anyhow, if you (or your wife) do not have a job in jeopardy...then by all means keeps posting, as there is no doubt your leaks bring joy to many here. I would just hate for your kindness to backfire is all. :(

Merry Christmas!

Seriously, why do you need to do this, in a PM or in a general forum comment ?

Danny25 knows what they are doing, and your message to them was rather sinister, perhaps even threatening in tone.

The vast majority of people, just about everyone except you apparently, greatly appreciates what danny25 has done. Why you gottu go raining on peoples' day ?

Even if you were well intentioned in your PM, or post, if I read that, I wouldn't have taken it that way ...

thanks for the info - it is really really helpful!

If (and that is a BIG IF) I have done my math right for our spring break dates (8 nights) at the CSR, we will save some money! How much will depend on the percentage offered for our resort!

$280.71 5%
$394.51 10%
$508.31 15%
$622.11 20%
$735.91 25%
$849.71 30%

Now should I use the savings to buy a Dining Plan...lol! :cool1:

I feel exactly the same :thumbsup2

hi you can use the spreadsheet that I have posted with the room rates AND add the discounted tickets prices and you will know exactly how much you will save.
So let´s celebrate, :cool1: :cheer2: pixiedust:, wish you the best :thumbsup2

Is the single, double, triple, and quad, for how many adults are in the room? If we are 2 adults and 2 kids (ages 4 and 7) would we look under the double category? Also, if we are staying 3 night, does that mean we don't get a ticket discount at all?

hi, yes the ocupancy is based in how many adults (18 and up) are in one room, and yes you will get a ticket discount only if you buy at least 4 nigths,

Obviously I'm very thankful for Danny posting the heads-up for us! I can't imagine anyone not being happy about it.

I took the time to do the math on mine -- added the tickets in just so I could compare rack rate versus the new deal.

Rack rate: BC CL, 7 nights/8 day PH tix, $7109.44 tax included

New deal: BC CL, 7 nights/8 day PH tix, $7327 tax included

Even when I add the tickets in, the new deal is still higher than rack rate. Anyone else still in the same boat? My time frame is end of March/Easter.

Hi Danny25,
Do you think that there is any chance of anything different (farther out in the year maybe) for Canadian travellers? There seems to have been slightly different deals for Canadians the last couple of years.

I'm in the same boat that mine would actually be higher if I did the math right. We will see! I'm not getting my panties in a bunch until I call on Jan. 3!

Just curious, how are you guys seeing Deluxe resorts on the spreadsheet?? What am I doing wrong?

I can only see the Value resorts, CSR and POR?

I'm spreadsheet "stupid" so please excuse me :rotfl2:, any help pointing me int he right direction would be appreciated!!

Spending some time today tweaking my spreadsheet during Blizzard Draco ;) My assumption is that the discount table and discount tickets include taxes. We are 2 adults, 2 children over 10 and 1 child under 10.

Here is what I got:
Date Rack Rate Discount Table
Mar 21 $558 $478
Mar 22 $604 $517
Mar 23 $604 $517
Mar 24 $626 $766
Mar 25 $626 $766
Mar 26 $626 $766
Mar 27 $626 $766
Mar 28 $626 $766
Mar 29 $626 $766

8 day tx w/PH $1737
Discount 8 day tx w/PH $1525

Disney Quote = $8089.43
Discount = $7633
Difference = $456.43
% off = 6%
I am really surprised the room rate goes up $140 per night. I know it is the week before Easter, but when did Disney raise rates after they are released in August?

He posted the deluxe link on page 8 or 9 of this thread.

I am thinking bounceback may be better for our June trip.

I will be there in February with my brother and neice so i will check then. We want either YC or BC.

I have the Swan booked for $246 including tax and resort fee so unless it comes close we are perfectly happy there.:thumbsup2

thanks DANNY25!

I'm just glad to hear there will be something on my dates! I'll just sit tight till Jan 3rd and await the final number from my TA. Thanks Danny!

Your computation looks almost exactly like mine, except my dates start on March 24 which is exactly when the discount chart goes higher than rack rate. So my total discount ends up being higher than rack rate. Oh, and yes Danny said his charts include taxes.

I don't think disney has ever raised rack rate like these charts indicate, especially so soon right after they just raised rack rates. I was pricing out BC CL and it jumps 160 per night over rack rate starting on March 24. Right now I have the AAA discount which looked dismal at the time, but now it's looking mighty fine!
