Labor Day Countdown

Just curious how many of us will be there for Labor Day?

I know the schools down here start before Labor Day, but I am going to be a bad DM and take my DS out of school for 3 days so we can go for a couple of days, He will miss two days the week before and one after Labor Day. He is a straight A student so shouldnt be too bad.

Am hoping it wont be too nuts, we haven't been at WDW for Labor Day for several years, and just curious to see just how busy it will be.

I know this won't help much, but we will be arriving on Labor day and staying through the week.

We are going the 3rd through the 8th. This will be our third year going over labor day. The first year we went a couple days before and after the holiday. Crowds were not that bad but it was pretty warm. Last year we went the day before labor day and was there all week. The weather was perfect and the crowds were very low. You will find after labor day the parks thin out. We always follow the touring plan guide and only visit the parks they suggest for all of our days.

Just to give you an example on crowds, last year we rode TSM, TT and soarin 4 times each with very little wait!

We'll be there 9/4-9/13. This will be our 3rd straight trip going for Labor Day weekend & the week following. LD weekend has been a little crowded, but nothing crazy - you may need to use a fastpass here & there, especially for the more popular rides. After LD, the crowds have been low with very minimal wait times.

We are headed to the World for our second family trip. We'll be there September 1-12, staying at AKL!!! I have never been on a Sept. trip before, our first trip was in January/08, so I am interested to see WDW at a different time of the year! This is our first Free-dining trip too!

I WDW, but my hubby has already told me this is his last trip with the family (twice is enough for him) but I already told him I am planning to do Bounce back if it is offered for fall of 2010...As much as I adore AKL, I would like to try a new resort (Beach Club)...and it looks like that trip will be a "Mom and Son" only trip with my 13 yo son! Our 16 yo son is holding out his decision until after this trip to decide if he will join the 2 of us!

It's under 60 days now, so I am getting excited

We'll be there September 5th - 12th. It will be our first trip in the heat as we have only gone in January before. Hoping for unusually cool weather and low crowds!

I'll be there September 2nd-16th I've only been in August before, and I was fine with those crowds so I'm expecting September to be even better! I hope I can get in to Fantasmic! though, all these horror stories of getting there 60-90 minutes before are putting me off. I love the show, but I'd get bored waiting for it

DH & I will be at POFQ 9/7-12 - can't wait! We were there the same week last year, and if the weather and crowds are the same as in 2008, it will be a great trip! See y'all there!

49 days and counting!!! We'll be there Sept 6-12th and this is our second Sept trip. The crowds were not bad at all last year. The longest line we waited for was 'Energy' 45 min. @ Epcot. The heat was HORRIBLE though, the whole 7 days there we had 95-98 degree days!! We took advantage of the fastpasses!! The heat I can take... the crowds I cant. See you guys there!
