To whomever who had experienced La Nouba. Is category 1 a must? Money is no object, but I don't want to spend of something that's not necessary.

I personally think section 204 are the best seats in the house. Now when we went, there was only one price...all seats cost the same, they just booked them in order on a first come first serve type basis.

With that said, I don't think any of the seats are BAD seats. You would have a great experience no matter where you are in the room.

Category 1 is NOT a must. We went in January and were in the first row of a Catergory 2 section (looking at the stage, in the front to the right) and had no problem seeing anything. And actually, we would have preferred being towards the back of the section, or even in one of the upper sections. This is one venue where there truly are no bad seats.

From what Ive read theres not a bad seat in the place. We were 2 row and a little off to the right from center. Personally, I wouldve liked to been up a little higher. The stage was right at eye level. It was a little creepy when the cast came right up to the edge and looked at you, plus I had to look up.

In the lower and the upper section........Personally I liked the upper section MUCH better. You were able to get an overall view of EVERYTHING. Sitting up front and close, you were constantly having to crane your neck to look up and you couldn't really see the big picture. I would try to get something a little farther back...especially if you have kids.

I believe they have changed category1 to include the first several rows in the center section of level 2.
The CM I spoke to when booking my seats said the upper rows of level1 or level 2 in the center are the best seats. Pretty much any of the seats are good, but I would try to avoid the far left or far right. When booking, pull up the seating chart to check where your seats are to make sure they are satisfactory. If not, see what else is available.
Book as soon as possible, because seats are first come first serve according to when you book.

Actually we had a far left 2nd level looking at the stage. Now it wasn't against the wall. The cm that took us up the elevator told us we had excellent seats. I thought he was just trying to make us feel better (we booked only 3 weeks before the show) and I must say, I could see EVERYTHING perfectly! The acrobatics and trapeze were at eye level. I did notice many people in the 1st level looking up most of the time. I wondered if their necks hurt. The people next to us said they had 2nd row level 1 seats the last time they saw La Nouba, and they preferred 2nd level. What ever you choose, I still think you'll be able to see and enjoy the show no problem! Have fun!:D

I have been three times (wish I was going again soon!) and I have sat behind the walk way each time - once in the back row (because we got tix at the last minute - 3 separate seats. Ok with us since we were all adults). Every seat is good, and I actually prefer being behind the walkway so I can see everything at once. It is beautifully designed and the show is jaw dropping! Enjoy!
