L&M car rentals....experiences/reviews?

L&M has rates that seem too good to be true. Are they too good to be true?

Does anyone have any experiences, either positive or negative, with this company? Please share!

We have used them three times so far and have nothing but good things to say about them.

1) No lines
2) Friendly help
3) Car seats for the kids were readily available
4) Clean cars
5) Easy return
