I see from the many posts of pics and videos on Facebook, that they are finally tearing down the Adventurers Club.

While it still stood, there was always the hope they'd reconsider the Disaster of 2008...

Correct. So it may not be the Adventurer's Club, but it at least it appears that it will be replaced by one of the more interesting new restaurants coming to Disney Springs.

I was lucky enough to go to the Adventurers Club once in the late 1990s. Great time. My avatar on FB is the Colonel

Yup-- spent many nights at the AC----- met Joe Rohde there one night while EE was being built-- He told us some great stories about the planning and building of AK-- wrote a note and drew a picture of a yeti sliding down a mountain for our kids-- We went through the rooms together. We had a blast. My wife keeps looking for some memorabilia from the AC on line---- I don't think they are selling any of it.
