I just emailed our requests for dinner, a response in 15 minutes! I left a message after that and got a phone call less than an hour later! I am very pleased so far.

That's great!! Only 10 more days to go until IPO can make our ADRs... Now the difficult part is deciding which restaurants... LOL

Are you going in May? That's when we are going, I was able to make mine.

I just checked, they emailed me for a list of ADR's I would like on 10/26/07. We are going in May.

Again, this evening, they responded to emails almost instantly! It's really nice when you experience good customer service! - it makes you feel really good about your purchase!

We are going club level in May also...we dont usually do ADR's but we have decided to do Jiko...Do I just fax them my requests.

They should have sent you an email, welcoming you to club level and introducing themselves. A form was attached including a place to list all of my reservation requests. Check your spam folder.
You can also call them at 407-824-2644, leave a message if they don't answer (with your phone number) and they will call back very promptly!
