I booked our flights for our May trip back in January. I received an email today saying that they had changed our flight times to Orlando. Major change. We were suppose to leave here at 11:15 am and now we weren't leaving until after 3:00 pm. We couldn't do that as we have both dinner reservation and a carriage ride planned.

Called AA and the agent was just so nice and accomodating. We discussed all of my options and the agent made his reccomendation. He changed our flight, helped me with new seats, sent a new email while we were talking on the phone.

I freaked when I saw the email and was smiling by the end of the phone call.

I know what you mean they did that to me last year but the change did not hurt except for my seat and they changed as I requested.

Ever since we started flying AA, it seems like their always changing their flight times. I am on the phone more and more with AA to get better flight times. our recent trip for easter AA changed the time 3 times. the last time i called and i just looked last night and the time changed again. :rotfl:

Best advise i can give you, if your time changes you can call and change your flight time for the same day at no additional cost. Always keep checking your flight time all the way up to leaving. :teeth:
