Thanks! I got home late last night. We had to spend an extra $282 for the car repair in Tennessee, and the repairs in Missouri were covered under warranty (yeah). Then you add on an extra $250 in hotel fees/food/etc., and it does dip into Christmas expenses. Oh well, we finally got home OK. The sad part for me is that I had 3 vacation days left when we were SUPPOSED to come home and I have now used those up. No more days off until January. Bummer.

I'm getting ready to email you with your information. I hope you have a great vacation. Right after the holidays, should be sweet.

I'm glad you had a good trip (other than the fall and the car troubles) and glad the swap is still going strong!

Yes, I don't think our fridge will ever get lost. turning40withmickey really made sure to decorate it so that it's set apart from the other swaps. And it does help to have my name and phone # on the fridge itself too. Was the box still in good shape? Just curious.

Just an update - the fridge is still going strong. The box is very easy to spot and the box is still in great shape. I took a picture of the box when I was there and am sending a copy of that picture to swappers with their information before their trip. That way, if there is a problem, the swapper can describe it, show the picture, or go find it themselves. You guys did a great job decorating and putting swap identifiers on the box and fridge.

Thanks for the well wishes. I just got back from having a CT scan of my chest (making sure no blood clots in lungs) and my leg is healing, just slowly. My car is running fine now.

You all have a great holiday season. I have to start shopping now!

There are still openings in 2008, any POP people out there need a fridge??????

We have large gaps in February, April, June and July that need to be filled. Many other dates in between are still open.

Hi. Been mostly a lurker but stumbled upon this thread and am totally interested. With kids and a week at the Pop... a fridge would be fantastic. We are coming in on the Feb 4th and leaving really early on the Feb 11th so would probably want to swap out on the Feb 10th. Didn't know if these dates are available?

Thanks and what a great idea....I seriously thought about dropping the $$$$ on a fridge, but its such a budget buster!

Thanks Mayli for the response. I saw pg. 16 and saw that all but the 4th seems to be available for our trip (as of the last update) that's why I posted the request. I'm stilling earning my ears so I'm unable to PM and have no other way to show my interest or contact dkferret at this point. I thought it would be ok to post since I saw other newbies doing it, if it wasn't then I apologize.

Besides PMing is there another way to go about signing up or confirming the dates?
