I would like to be put on the list for 11/26-30 if possible. I would also love to help with organizing the swap after you Krystalleigh1 but I wouldn't be able to take over properly until after the 24th of December (we will be out of town a lot up to that point) so if you can find someone to take over from mid Sept. to Dec. I will be more than happy to take over after that!

That would be great! I'll add you to the list right now for Nov. 26-30th. To confirm you can pm me the following:
1. Name on reservation
2. phone #-preferably a cell # where you can be reached while at WDW.
3. Confirmation #
4. E-mail address (also please add my e-mail
krystalleigh1@yahoo.com to your address book)
As far as taking over the swap, I'm really looking for someone to take it over after I leave on vacation in the middle of Sept. I'm not going to enjoy doing this after we return from vacation. I don't want to think of all the people having fun at WDW after I've returned.

But if no one steps up to take over before I leave for vacation then I'll probablly take you up on your offer of taking over the swap at the end of December. Thank you for offering.
Organizing-for anyone else who's contemplating organizing the swap after I retire (mid September) here's a break down of what you'd do as the organizer:
1. Reply to posts and pm's when fellow DISers have questions about the swap.
2. Get and organize everyone's confirmation info. I put it all on Microsoft Works calendar. I also have everyone's e-mail address added to my e-mail account so I can do mass mailings. Much easier than pm-ing because you can only pm 5 people at a time.
3. As it gets closer to vacation dates e-mail the swappers the contact info for those directly before and after them in the swap. (This step could probablly be skipped if swappers wanted to just contact the people before and after them by pm themselves to get the contact info.)
4. E-mail any important updates or fridge swapping rules to swappers (I already have this info typed up and saved).
The fridge is already paid for so the new organizer wouldn't have to do anything as far as collecting any payments, unless for some reason the fridge would get lost or broken and you decided to buy a new fridge for the swap. If the fridge would get lost I guess the organizer could try to contact Pop, but most of that burden would probablly be on the swapper who just had the fridge, or the swapper who'll next need the fridge. Mainly the swap organizer would just organize the info. and reply to pm's or posts made by people wanting in on the swap. Pretty easy-and dosen't take much time or effort-I just don't want to do it after I leave for my own vacation.
If anyone has questions about organizing the swap please let me know. I really want to find someone to take over the swap when I leave in mid Sept.
