We are staying from 20-26 and this swap looks like it would fit pretty well. Sorry for not posting earlier but we just learned of this awesome idea this morning.

Please send me info as soon as this is confirmed. I leave in 5 days and I'm trying to tie up loose ends and work on Christmas. Would love to finish up my fridge box and make a giant check mark.

Derek, could you tell me your ETA for POP on the 20th? Just want to get in my head if we'll be able to swap face-to-face or if I need to plan on getting the fridge to luggage services.

Also, I plan on donating a 5-cup coffee maker to the swap if it will fit inside and if it survives the trip down. Thought I'd let everyone know in case you want to bring supplies.

It looks like TOT10-5 has signed up for another swap so please don't send him your confirmation info.

There are too many people signing up for multiple swaps that are trying to scramble for a fridge last minute. So I'm closing the list off for the rest of December. If swappers are signed up for more than 1 swap, someone's fridge is going to get lost. I don't want that to be our fridge. So no more openings in December. Sorry.

So the list is as follows for December (and this will not change):

I am REALLY REALLY sorry for causing additional work for people. It wasn't my intention to mess up on this swap. As a first time swapper I inquired into a total of 3 swaps and after hearing back from one via a PM I went with that one. I made the assumption that I would have heard back via a PM on this swap too. (my bad) I also did not realize that Krystal was having internet issues.
Thank you to everyone who was tried to help me in this swap. I was just coming back in tonight to let Krystal know that I had a swap and that she no longer needed to get back to me. I wish that I had figured all of this out earlier.
Once again please accept my apologies. I hope I haven't caused too much grief for anyone.

Hey, I'm glad you got in on a swap. Hope you have a fun trip..

On another note-There are just some not so nice things going on with other swaps (fridges getting lost and then another swap taking the fridge and refusing to return it) and that has me a bit on edge lately. One of the swap leaders is even encouraging their swappers to take any fridge available at LS since their fridge is lost That's why it's so important to keep ours on track.

We haven't had problems with our swap in the past (nothing major anyway) and I want to stay away from any potential problems.

We just got home. The fridge is in working order and in good shape. There is nothing else in the box right now but the fridge. I did not have access to a car so I couldn't get anything like paper towels etc. to put in the box. I did clean it out so it is ready for the next person.

Fridge is at luggage services and ready for you. Worked great for us and all that tie-dye cheesecake

As previous poster mentioned, there is nothing in it. We used anti-bacterial wipes on it, but DH packed them up before I told him to leave them in the fridge. I didn't get the message about extra paper, etc until our return so there is still nothing else in there.

We also did not find the "pan" that collects water.
