A couple questions regarding Kouzzina..

1) Is this a 2 TS restaurant or 1TS?

2) I've heard its had trouble filling up tables because the menu is not what Middle America is use to . Any chance they cave in to Middle American tastebuds and put some run of the mill items like spaghetti and salmon?

If they're going to have to change to meet demands for "traditional American" food I really hope they do it after September 25 since that's not what I'm after by going there...

While my partner would not be too thrilled to dine here, I would loved to try dinner here. I have it on my list of places to try on my next solo trip. I love trying new things. Maggie

They better not change the menu for middle america. I'm tired of weeding through the burgers and fries on every menu.

The menu doesn't appeal to me, I HATE fennel and I see alot of that on her menu. We really wanted to try her restaurant but I don't know. There are only about 2 things that I just can't stand and one of them is fennel. That being said, I would hope that the menu doesn't cave to middle America taste. There is so much of that. I can't wait until my youngest can order off of the adult menu during free dining. He gets so tired of chicken nuggets and hot dogs and he can't have dairy.

The fennel is a big reason why I am staying away. It's a shame because some of it looks really good, but for the darn fennel. It is one of the few flavors I REALLY don't like.

They better not change it, I certainly do not like most of "Middle America's" taste if by that you mean burgers and fries and boring junk like that. I was thrilled a new diverse restaurant is open now, I can't wait to try it!
