Any reviews on Kona, I've heard a lot about breakfast (Tonga Toast :) - never tried that yet either! ), but what about dinner?

We love Kona and eat dinner there each trip right before heading to the airport. Everything we've had there is so tasty and the desserts are the best!!!

Our last trip we ate at Kona for dinner and it was awesome. Even though I had an allergic reaction and the paramedics had to be called! It had absolutely nothing to do with the wonderful food. Even dd 12/ds 12 loved it. It is a great choice for dinner.

DH and I had dinner there last month and it was very good. I had the Pan Asian Pasta with chicken and veggies and DH had the Beef Teriyaki. We also split a cup of the Kona Chowder which was good too. The desserts all looked so good, but we were so full from dinner. It happened to by my birthday though, so our waitress brought out a Ko Ko puff for me! It was great!! The place was empty the night we were there, but we were just at the Poly to go to O'hana last week and it was packed!

Lunch is even better than dinner! Everything we have had on our many visits is fantastic for both lunch and dinner. Save room for desserts. They are worth a visit by themselves. If you have kids, they will love the kiddy cone - think chocolate, cotton candy, sprinkles, etc.

After eating dinner at Kona for the first time on our last trip (June 03) this restaurant is now on our MUST list. Excellent food and service. We really enjoyed Kona.

We ate there twice during our last trip and the food was excellent and the service was perfect. Beef Terryaki, Tuna, and the chowder were great. The chef came out after dinner to ask us how everything was - I told him that we were from New Orleans so we know good food and that he was doing a great job.

YES for dinner!! Very yummy and a wonderful relaxed atmosphere. We LOVE  their pot stickers and sticky wings for appys and the Kilauea Torte for dessert. The Kilauea Torte is a chocolate cake like pastry filled with hot melted hazelnut chocolate and drenched in whipped cream, very tasty. We have eaten both beef and chicken dishes for dinner and all have been very good. You will not be dissapointed! :flower:

We too have frequented Kona for breakfast! We tried it last year for dinner and it was very good! It's asian-influenced, yet still Americanized. Some unique dishes. It was also surprisingly affordable, for a Disney restaurant.
