I was going to boycott them for a while (ive been ticked with their inaccurate sizes and poor quality, but I digress) until I realized I needed some cardigans for this week. So I went there today. Their prices have gotten outrageous! I feel they have duped us all into thinking this 30% off coupon is some great bargain. For instance, I could use that coupon for k- cups when they when on sale for $9.99 a box and get it for $7. BUT TODAY...k- cups were on "sale" for $13.99 with a regular price of $17.99!!! What else have you seen like this at kohl's or other stores?

Their "sale" prices are off MSRP which no store ever uses. I used to get all my clothes at Kohls (men's) but now I shop elsewhere. The quality and sizing of Kohl's is far inferior

You're kidding, right? Kohls is still a bargain compared to everywhere else right now. I've seen higher priced items at Target then at Kohls(Missoni anyone? Which succeeds only in making a person look and feel dizzy).

Now I have zero idea what K cups are. But prices are raising on everything, everywhere across this country. It's called we're in a recession and every company/manufacturer/designer is trying to make money to pay their employees.

Not every line at Kohls is crappily made. Many are really nice. And I'd still rather shop there with their deals then at Macy's or Target/Gap/Old Navy.

Just back from Kohls, no such problem here. Ironically DD and DW were bra shopping.

Kohls has always had inflated MSRP prices - that's why they mark it all down all the time (to bring it down to regular MSRP prices). JCPenney does the same now, too.

I guess it works for some people - they really do think they got it 50%-60% off.

I like their stuff and as long as I feel an item price is fair and in my budget, I will get it at Kohl's.

I have had a variety of issues with clothing from Target and Walmart.

But I do find it funny that they and JC Penney are forever on "sale". I prefer to shop when they have a sale coupled with a percent off coupon.

I just bought slacks, jeans and a cute top there
I love their huge selection of jeans:lovestruc

I've always found their quality a little iffy. I only go there if I have to and I don't need it to last very long.

Agree Kohl's needs to get over themselves... they have got outrageous just to then put it on sale or the % off or buy one get one free (figures out to sale price bu the way) or the buy $50 and get $10 buck that has to be used with in few days to get you back in there:rotfl2: and they have packed most stores so bad is hard to get thru aisles is why I am done with them and was huge Kohl's shopper...it looks like a thrift store anymore so jam packed. here in Indiana we had an large department store called L.S Ayres and they did this and they been out of business now for over 6 years or more. it got so hard to get thru the clothes to see anything. and you could buy something today and it was on sale tommorow. :surfweb:

DFi and I registered at Bed Bath and Beyond for Fiesta dishes. One 4-pc. place setting...$28.99.

However, they didn't have one of the colors we wanted. Kohls had it, though...for $50.

My mother managed to get 2 of them for us today - at least she was able to use her 30% on top of the "sale" price, paying $49 for 2 place settings.

My sister wants these dishes. They had 4 four piece settings for $99 a few weeks ago. I was able to use the 30% off coupon with it. I thought that was a fantastic deal.

I don't like the quality of Kohls clothing so I don't buy it.

As for K cups, I think they have gone up in price everywhere!

Kohl's isn't the only store that's using the mark-it-high-so-it-looks-like-a-bargain technique, but they've taken the concept to new heights.

K-cups are the little cups filled with coffee that those of us who own Keurig coffee makers use.

I just want to know why all the girl's size 7-14 clothing at Kohl's makes all the tweens look like secretaries from 1984. Seriously! My dd and I went head to head over the vast quantity of slutty little outfits before we finally settled on a pair of skinny jeans, a pair of simple black pants, and some tee-shirts.

Bawhahahaha! This is priceless!!!

I like Kohls, but to me, its like a furniture store...

There is always a sale!!!

:rotfl2:

I would never, ever pay full price for something there, but 50% off, yeah, I'll do it!
