Their "sale" prices are off MSRP which no store ever uses. I used to get all my clothes at Kohls (men's) but now I shop elsewhere. The quality and sizing of Kohl's is far inferior
DFi and I registered at Bed Bath and Beyond for Fiesta dishes. One 4-pc. place setting...$28.99.
However, they didn't have one of the colors we wanted. Kohls had it, though...for $50.
My mother managed to get 2 of them for us today - at least she was able to use her 30% on top of the "sale" price, paying $49 for 2 place settings.
......and when you check out they have the nerve to say, "You saved $84.00 dollars today."
.
My sister wants these dishes. They had 4 four piece settings for $99 a few weeks ago. I was able to use the 30% off coupon with it. I thought that was a fantastic deal.
I don't like the quality of Kohls clothing so I don't buy it.
As for K cups, I think they have gone up in price everywhere!
......and when you check out they have the nerve to say, "You saved $84.00 dollars today."Another place that I never buy from unless I have a coupon or half off sale is Hobby Lobby. They do the same thing.
I love Kohl's but like everywhere you have to know the prices and the sales.
I've always gotten great deals there and do know when to buy certain items.

Not the same at all, if you're referring to Shaw's Supermarkets/Star Markets (conceding that Shaws Grocery Store could be entirely unrelated. I know of no supermarket chain that raises or obfuscates its regular prices simply to make it appear that the sale prices are a good deal.Shaws Grocery Store does this too. It's just silly, because they act like I should be happy to be saving 'so much'. Well I wouldn't have bought it if it wasn't on sale![]()
