Kodak CD Maker in parks or resorts?

I want to take my new digital camera with us on our trip to WDW. I was wondering, does anyone know if there are the Kodak picture maker machines (like they have in Walgreens & Walmart) anywhere in the parks and/or resorts? My memory card will hold about 100 pictures - and I'd like to just put them all on CD when it's full before deleting and taking more - instead of buying multiple (expensive) memory cards. If they are there - are they all over or pretty hard to find? Also, if anyone has any other ideas on ways to go digital without buying additional memory cards - I'd love to hear them. We're staying on-site and not planning on not going off-property at all.

Thanks in advance,
Coni

I know at MGM at the camera store they will load your pictures onto a CD. I dont remember the price but I want to say @ $8.

I heard it was $12 in the parks, but the OP I heard that from may have been wrong.

Always a good idea to have an extra card just in case. I found mine at Wal-Mart at Christmas time. They had a 128mb Impact SD cards for $14.96!! :flower: I got one to go with my camera (my Christmas this year). When I went back my W-M was out. I went to visit my parents ealier this month and their W-M still had them so I picked up 2 more. You may check around and see if you can find any of those. Really good price!

I would just buy a second card ...good to have anyway :wave2:

and may I suggest - extra batteries!!!

They are installing them in all the parks. It will be around $12. Not sure where they will be located.

I also suggest another memory card. Things do happen and this way you will have a spare. Cards are cheap. Watch the ads or visit www.salescircular.com

I know they have them at MGM and I do reccommend them. Our cards cost around $70...so It's much cheaper for us to do the cd makers.

Have you priced cards lately? You can get a pretty big card for less than $50 on sale or with a rebate.

My parents got me a 512 compac flash card for my birthday back in Janurary for around $60-$70. I never fully filled it up, but I went to walgreens and made cd's. For $2.99 I could get all my pictures (usually close to 300) on a cd. :) and there are several Walgreens right outside of the parks.
