Known Black out Dates for Spring Adv 2014

My S did Spr Adv 2011, unfortunately, we visited him during a blackout period. Holy Week (Spring Break for K-12).

Now, my D is doing Spr Adv 2014.
Does anyone know if March 9-15th (College Spring Break) is a blackout week?

Or any other known Blackout dates?

Majority of the Black Out dates are on a Sat and Sun! Just goole FL annual pass holders and it is the same for cm!
