Yes. The Stinkerbell dress jsut kicked my butt....but it's DONE. If I have time I'll fix it.

Also got a call from Spencer's school that we have to ahev a meeting about his emotional immaturity.

He's five, right?? How mature is he supposed to be? Is he in kindergarten or still in preschool?

What I did today:

For AK (and the Zoo):

This is the dress that kicked my butt...I htink it won. I am NOT HApPY with it.

I'll try to get a pic of Brianna wearing it. The skirt has 2 layers at each ruffling, and I tried to make te top ruffle all uneven like tinkerbell, but the serger and I had a fight tring to finish the raw edges, and it came out bad.

i still have to do the wings to attach to the back.....

Those are great! The dress looks fine to me,,very pretty, I noticed the layers, It looks nice..I would love to see a picture of B wearing it..

he's in Kindergarten. he IS immature. We're pretty sure he has asperger's, but I hate these "let's gang up on the parent and tell them how much they suck while telling them we're there for THEM yet tell them what they have to do OR ELSE" Meetings.

But, there is hope. I got a call yesterday from ds' principal - and for once, it was relatively good! He warned ds about some inappropriate behavior in line, and was very happy to get a respectful reply out of him and not having him fall to pieces and/or give him a big attitude/tantrum/etc.

Hey all! while my lunch is cooking, I figured I'd show you all what I have done so far today.

Ok, the Mickey outfit with the red shirt, I did before and never took pics of.

I have an embroidery going now for another outfit for Spencer....But I think I will work on one of Brianna's outfits, because if she comes home and he has 3 more outfits done to her none, she WILL throw a fit.

Man are u talented.... I wish I knew how to embroider!!

I think this is BS. They want me to go to this meeting with about 17 people from the school. I KNOW they are going to try to buly me into getting him into "special ed", and I am going to fight them tooth and nail. I had NO COMPLAINTS from his other teacher, just this new one...

I know he has issues, I just hate the high-handed way they handle this stuff. i do NOT want him labeled, since this is a school district where the label will dog him. Also, they are talking about "Sensory issues", emotional delays, ADHD, autism spectrum, and anything else they can think of. They are overly zealous, adn will NOT get my child out of the G&T school where he belongs, behavior issues or not. he is at the TOP of his class academically.
