I think I am going to put the cats into boarding for this trip. Usually, we jsut leae them home, but I am not goingto get all of the fabric put away, since I have so much sewing and stuff to do, and I don't want them to freak out and pee on anyting again.

Ewwww we went away once and te neighbour accidently left the cat in the house when she fed him and he wee'd on the girls beanbag At least it was easily thrown away

Btw, I *need* to get a pic and post it of the awesome stuffed butterfly my sister made for dd's birthday (party was Saturday). And, extra special bonus, she volunteered to sew on all of ds' Cub Scout patches he got on Friday night! I'm not sure how many there were, but probably around 20! I just need to pin them all in the right places, and she'll sew them on.

And, 12 days, yay!!!

Well, my mulch arrived at 9:30 this morning and I just finished laying it in my yard. I still have about 1/3 of the delivery left on my driveway, so I'm going to take it over to my next door neighbor's house and do her flower beds. She's in her 70s and can't do much for herself anymore. She either hires someone to mow her lawn or else we and the neighbor on the other side of her do it. Her beds are bare, so I figure I can do something sweet for her. She's been like another grandmother to my kids, so I try to do stuff for her as needed.

Anyway, I'm glad it came so early so that I can be done before lunch!

Mulch = dirty.
Me = no likee dirty
me = have landscaper.

Yuck. We go away and leave the cats home frequently, but 2 times ago, the lady who usually gets our mail and feeds the cats forgot our new security system code, and never came. The cats ran out of water and got MAD...and peed EVERYWHERE. Blech. Last time we went away, they were fine, but with all the fabric out, better safe than sorry.

My cats both stay in the same large cage at the vet, and the vet provides food for them, so that is a factor....I pay $17 a DAY for the cats to board, which is why we stopped boarding them, but we will use some of the fabric $$ for it this time.

I am also 75% done with Spencer's Zurg outfit, and I have the tink outfit planned, and the fabric picked out for the 101 Dalmations and two giselle dresses....

And I cut out the shorts for Lion King, Mickey II, Animals, and Mickey III. Hopefully Spencer's shorts will be done tomorrow afternoon, and I can have his tee shirts embroidering while I work on Brianna's dresses.

I also have a Belle dress half made, but she doesn't want it. I'll finish that when we get home probably.

I don't know if anyone remembers MONTHS ago when I talked about how my kids insist on eating sushi with the rice, but don't eat the rice, leaving little "sushi carcasses" behind?

Why don't they just order sashimi? Wouldn't it be a little cheaper?
I like that your kids are eating raw fish though. My DS will try sushi rolls, but I can't get him near the raw pieces of fish.
