Where are all your cherries? We had a ton of them..or I should say my grandson. I don't care for the KS myself (we had one the day before the picture shown below.and he wanted his own..he did pretty good eating it too!)..I'd much rather share a banana split! I can't stand all the cakes and cookies messing up my ice cream!
Oh my godness! That looks SOOO Yummy! I think I'd not only need about 8 friends to help, but about a 100 unit syringe of Insulin after that My blood sugar just went up looking at it!
Guess that is one dessert that they don't make a diabetic friendly version of! *laugh*
***********, you didn't lick the bowl. Was there something wrong with it?
It must be too early in the am for me to be looking at large bowls of icecream because it didn't look very appealing to me! A little too "soupy" toward the end.
Beaches & Cream has the best sundaes I have ever had in my life. I don't know how they can turn ordinary icecream into a marvel, but they do. Must be the pixie dust!!
Yeah, the Kitchen Sink gets pretty ugly about halfway through. There was four of us eating it and one was a teenage boy, so we didn't have too much trouble. My DH said that it was cheaper than if we each got our own sundae.
The menu advertises it as 8 scoops of ice cream plus every topping they have. But the don't mention all the pieces of cake and cookies that they add in.
It was worth doing once just to see the looks on the kids' faces, but I'd rather have my own sundae.
Thanks for the photos......my daughter is going to love this. We will surprise her with it. 4 adults and 2 kids who love ice cream, we should be able to handle it!!!!!!!
We tried the kitchen sink, but I don't think we'll do it again. I thought it had too much stuff in it and all the flavors conflicted with each other. Next time, we'll most likely get individual desserts. It sure does look like a masterpiece though, don't it?
