I think they are full of steer #2! I might of thought that they were hacked had I not seen the KN episode. But after seeing that and reading yelp replies from them from years ago along with all of their other craziness I don't think so. I think she is trying to gain some sort of damage control but needless to say it is way too late.

Considering some of the YELP stuff was from BEFORE this whole KN thing... yea, it's bull. They have a history of posting rant filled junk on Yelp and of harassing other posters who dare leave a negative review. It is nothing new. They were not hacked. They were most likely told by a lawyer or something that they are looking like morons.

There are 2 restaurants near us that reverted back as well after Gordon and Robert left. And the one that Robert fixed up not only reverted back, but was recently listed for sale on Craigslist and marketed using RI.
That woman tonight was insane. I was hoping Gordon would walk out...

If you're talking about the place I saw on Craigslist, it deserved to go under.

I just watched it and...wow. This woman is textbook Narcissistic Personality Disorder, imo. The husband isn't far behind, but I think if he wasn't around her, he'd just be a jerk.

Wow. I just watched the episode, and they are nuts.

One thing, though. It isn't uncommon for restaurants to buy and resell baked goods. The issue with that restaurant, is that it's a bakery. I know of lots of really good restaurants that resell baked goods because they don't have a good pastry chef. Usually, they're very open about it and advertise where their baked goods come from (usually a high end local bakery). I think the issue with this place was frozen food and passing baked goods off as their own.

And the tipping issue! OMG, that has to be considered theft!
