Kitchen Aid rebates

I submitted my Kitchen Aid mixer rebate and sent everything that was asked. I just checked my status and it's showing that I didn't send in my UPC code. I have pictures that prove otherwise. I searched to see if others were having the same problem and they are. They are calling it a scam. Has anyone dealt with Kitchen Aid and their rebates? I hope I haven't been scammed out of a $50 Visa gc. Of course they are closed today so I will be calling tomorrow.

A few years ago, my rebate went through without a hitch, and I have a friend who bought one right around Black Friday and received her gift card about 2 weeks ago.
If you have proof of your submission, just call and do what they tell you. I once had a rebate issue (not with KitchenAid) and it was an easy fix. Hopefully this will be too.
